How we work: Long-term relationships with our clients
I don't just sell, I'm here to help you after you have your insurance. My goal is to create a long-term relationship with my clients so I can be of assistance to them in the future if they come across any problems or concerns regarding their insurance policy. I am the point person who guide my clients throughout the entire process of obtaining their insurance plan and I strive to provide my clients with complete satisfaction with their insurance inquiries.
You don't want to be calling an 800 number when you're in a jam. If you have any insurance issues that arise, no matter how big or small, you don’t want to have to call a random 800 number to try to get some advice or information. As one of my clients, I will be there to take your call whenever possible, in order to offer you the most efficient advice to help ease your situation.
You want to be assured when you have questions about your coverages. Understanding insurance policies and all their terms can be difficult and confusing at times. Terms such as deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses can often get mixed up. Therefore, we’re available to answer any questions you may have in order to help you better understand your coverage options, claims, and deductibles.
I return phone calls promptly. With urgent matters at hand, I understand how frustrating it can be to not get adequate information on time. Having to wait on the other end of the line with insurance companies for what may seem like hours can often get tiresome. To ensure that I am there for my clients whenever they require assistance, I will return my phone calls as soon as I can.
If I don't know the answer, I’ll tell you and I’ll go find the right answer. I will not steer my clients in the wrong direction if I do not know the answer to their questions. Instead, I will do my research and provide them with the correct information. It’s my goal to provide professional and personalized service to each and every one of my clients.
